In Fort Worth, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Texas vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Fort Worth is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Fort Worth is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I spent $1,400 at this shop trying to get my vehicle's A/C repaired, and the entire experience left me with serious concerns about transparency and customer service. I was initially told the compressor needed to be replaced, so I authorized the repair and paid for the work. When the A/C still wasn't working properly, I had to bring the vehicle back and was then told that the condenser also needed to be replaced. After spending that much money, I expected a functioning A/C system, not additional repairs and more questions. One thing that immediately raised concerns for me was being asked to pay in cash for "tax purposes." As a customer, that did not sit well with me and made me question the professionalism of the transaction from the beginning. The most frustrating part came when I started asking questions about the repairs. I requested documentation and information regarding the parts installed in my vehicle, including serial numbers and other identifying information. Instead of receiving straightforward answers, I felt like I was met with defensiveness and resistance. The shop did offer to replace the compressor again, but when I asked if I could see the replacement part befor

I paid approximately $1,400 for an A/C compressor/condenser replacement. Within a few hours, my vehicleβs A/C stopped working properly again. When I returned to the shop, I requested documentation showing that the promised new parts were installed, including serial number information, so I could verify the repair. I was not provided with the documentation I requested. The lack of transparency regarding the parts installed in my vehicle has been very concerning. I also requested a refund due to the continued issues with the repair, but my concerns were not adequately addressed and my A/C remains unrepaired. I have reached out to try and resolve the issue but nobody gets back to me. I took my car into another repair shop and was told the parts put on my car are not new, they are used junkyard parts.

I had the worst experience at this place! They are money hungry and petty at this establishment. They get over on women in particular. I brought my car in thinking I could trust this establishment with replacing my transmission in my car but I have had lots of issues since getting my car back. When I received the car back I was told that my transmission light would go off when driving it for a while, that was a lie. The work done on my car was over $4,000. I was also quoted a price of $800 to replace my sensor near my transmission, but then they went back and quoted me $500 dollars. This place is horrible I wouldnβt recommend anyone, particularly women receiving any help from this establishment.

Do not take your car there they will mess up your car worse then how it came in and blame other things wrong with the car as the problem. They are boot leg mechanics from a shade tree trying to be mechanical. There is a black dude there that has no ideal what he is doing and AJ will take your money and run off and leave that black dude there to play mechanic with your car.. funny part there was another gentleman there when I went back for them to fix there mistake and he was only getting a brake sensor replaced and now his entire car will not start I went there to get my motor mount replaced to stop the vibration and now it vibrates worse and there is a weird sound going from my exhaust which no YouTube video Iβve seen yet explains to take the exhaust off. They will take things apart and then when not put back together properly they will blame other things β¦ PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. You will spend more money in the long run go to a better shop. Pictures below will show you how they will have your car and blame other parts. believe the bad reviews please I wish I would have went to a more reputable shop and not be cheap. You have been warned you will not like the way you ge
